Digital Signage Enclosure – When an touchscreen kiosk is too huge.
One main problem with the installation of a kiosk is the drawback on foot space on the sales floor this is when a LCD enclosure comes in to its own as it is. Continue reading
Car Wash Greeters Versus a Kiosk Pay Station
As a former franchisor, in the car wash industry, I was often a lightning rod against more established car wash companies because my company was franchising mobile car washes which compete directly with them. They hated me with passion, and every city where we went to service, some 450 cities in all, in 23 states. Continue reading
Digital Signage Kiosks – What Happens When They Fail?
During the month of December in Philadelphia the kiosks that are used for deploying parking tickets were not working due to the extreme cold, some thought this was cool as they got free parking – how wrong they were! We all see kiosks everywhere we go from the train station to the shopping mall and we are becoming very reliant on them for information, but here is a situation were the kiosks that have digital signage built in and is targeted at the vehicle owner whilst they are paying for a car park ticket with their Smartcard or credit card. Customer Experience Creates Loyalty – Getting it Done in the Store
My father had some basic rules for business: “always do right by the customer and you will do right by him”, and “the customer comes first”. We’ve all heard customer axioms like this for years yet it is only recently that this dialogue is getting significant air time. This has been known for decades yet it is as if they just “discovered” this great business truth, hidden for all these years.. Continue reading
